ALCHEMIST TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing any ALCHEMIST program (Self-Paced, 3-Month VIP, or Annual VIP), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. PROGRAM OFFERINGS & DELIVERABLES

ALCHEMIST Self-Paced:

Complete access to all 9 ALCHEMIST transformation modules (pre-recorded)
Healing & tapping library (20+ EFT scripts)
Shadow work & integration practices
Private community access
All future content updates included

ALCHEMIST 3-Month VIP:

Everything included in Self-Paced, PLUS:
12 weeks of group coaching (Monday-Thursday via Slack)
Voice and text support in Slack (M-Th, 24-48 hour response time)
Priority community support
Cohort-based accountability

ALCHEMIST Annual VIP

Everything included in 3-Month VIP for a full year, PLUS:
52 weeks of group coaching (Monday-Thursday via Slack)
Voice and text support in Slack (M-Th, 24-48 hour response time)
Priority community support for 12 months
LIFETIME access to all Self-Paced content (modules, libraries, future updates)
First access to future programs including MAGICIAN


2. PAYMENT TERMS
Investment Amounts:

Self-Paced: $1,997/year (annual payment only)
3-Month VIP: $2,997 (one-time payment)
Annual VIP: $7,997 (annual one-time payment only)

Payment Due:

All programs require payment in full at time of purchase
Payment is processed immediately upon enrollment
Access is granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation

No Payment Plans:

ALCHEMIST does not offer monthly payment plan options at this time
All programs require annual (or one-time for 3-Month VIP) payment in full


3. REFUND POLICY
Self-Paced:

14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
To request a refund within 14 days, email vansa@merakidaydream.com with subject line "Refund Request"
After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable

3-Month VIP:

14-day money-back guarantee from program start date
To request a refund within 14 days, email vansa@merakidaydream.com with subject line "Refund Request"
After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable
No partial refunds for unused weeks or time remaining

Annual VIP:

30-day money-back guarantee from program start date
To request a refund within 30 days, email vansa@merakidaydream.com with subject line "Refund Request"
After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable
No partial refunds for unused months or time remaining

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Upon refund, all access to ALCHEMIST content, community, and materials is revoked immediately


4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Self-Paced:

You may cancel at any time after the 14-day refund period
No refunds will be issued after the 14-day window
Upon cancellation, access to all content ends immediately

3-Month VIP:

This is a 3-month commitment
You may cancel after the 14-day refund period, but no refunds will be issued
Upon cancellation, access to Slack coaching and all content ends immediately

Annual VIP:

This is a 12-month commitment
You may cancel after the 30-day refund period with the following terms:

No refunds will be issued for any portion of the year
You forfeit all access to ALCHEMIST content, community, Slack coaching, and materials immediately
LIFETIME content access is revoked upon cancellation



Pause Option (Available Once Per Enrollment):

You may request to pause your VIP membership once during your enrollment for emergency circumstances (medical, family emergency, etc.)
Pause period: Maximum 30 days
Your program will extend by the pause period (e.g., 30-day pause = program ends 30 days later)
To request a pause, email vansa@merakidaydream.com with subject line "Pause Request" and brief explanation
Pauses are granted at sole discretion of Meraki Daydream


5. SLACK GROUP COACHING SUPPORT TERMS (VIP ONLY)
VIP Support Hours:

Group coaching and support in Slack is available Monday through Thursday only
No coaching or support is provided on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays
Voice and text message responses will be provided within 24-48 hours during M-Th business days

Support Boundaries:

Slack support is for questions, clarifications, guidance, and coaching exchanges
Response times are 24-48 hours; urgent matters requiring immediate support should be directed to appropriate professional resources (medical, mental health crisis lines, etc.)
Complex topics may require extended exchanges over multiple days

Appropriate Use:

Be respectful and supportive of other community members
No spam, promotional content, or solicitation
Maintain confidentiality of other members' shares
Stay on topic related to ALCHEMIST framework and transformation work


6. CONTENT ACCESS & DELIVERY
Self-Paced Content:

All modules are pre-recorded and available upon enrollment
Content may be released progressively; you will receive a content release schedule upon enrollment
Access to content is provided via online platform (links provided upon enrollment)
You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials

Lifetime Access (Annual VIP only):

"Lifetime access" means access to all Self-Paced content for as long as the ALCHEMIST program exists
Lifetime access does NOT include ongoing VIP benefits (Slack coaching, priority support) after your 12-month VIP period ends
Lifetime access is contingent on payment in full
If you cancel, lifetime access is permanently revoked

Platform Changes:

Meraki Daydream reserves the right to change platforms or delivery methods with advance notice
In the event of platform changes, all content will be migrated and you will receive updated access


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
Ownership:

All ALCHEMIST content, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, PDFs, worksheets, EFT scripts, frameworks, and written materials, are the copyrighted intellectual property of Vansa/Meraki Daydream
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own transformation and personal development ONLY

Prohibited Uses:

You may NOT share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use any ALCHEMIST content for commercial purposes
You may NOT share your login credentials or provide access to others
You may NOT use ALCHEMIST frameworks, scripts, or materials in your own coaching/teaching business without written permission

Violations:

Violation of intellectual property terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund
Legal action may be pursued for copyright infringement


8. CODE OF CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
By participating in ALCHEMIST, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with Vansa and other community members
Maintain confidentiality of others' personal shares and experiences
Refrain from unsolicited advice-giving or coaching other members (unless explicitly invited)
No promotion of personal businesses, products, or services without permission
No hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind
Take responsibility for your own transformation and results

Violations & Removal:

Meraki Daydream reserves the right to remove any member who violates community guidelines
Removal for violation of terms will result in immediate loss of access without refund
Decisions regarding removal are at sole discretion of Vansa/Meraki Daydream


9. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY
No Guaranteed Results:
ALCHEMIST is an educational and transformational coaching program. Individual results vary and are dependent on your participation, implementation, and personal circumstances. Meraki Daydream makes no guarantees or promises regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to health improvements, financial gains, relationship changes, or manifestation results.
Not a Substitute for Professional Services:
ALCHEMIST does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. The content and coaching provided are for educational and personal development purposes only.
You acknowledge and agree:

ALCHEMIST is NOT a replacement for therapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or mental health services
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or severe emotional distress, you should seek immediate professional help (call 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or go to your nearest emergency room)
ALCHEMIST is NOT a replacement for financial planning, legal counsel, or professional business advice
You should continue working with your doctor, therapist, or other healthcare providers
You will NOT discontinue prescribed medications or medical treatment without consulting your healthcare provider
Practices such as EFT, tapping, shadow work, and nervous system regulation are complementary tools and do not replace professional medical or mental health care

Medical & Mental Health Conditions:
If you have been diagnosed with or are being treated for any medical or mental health condition (including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, etc.), you agree to:

Continue care with your licensed healthcare providers
Understand that ALCHEMIST practices may support but do not treat medical/mental health conditions

Personal Responsibility:
You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for your choices, actions, and results
You participate in ALCHEMIST at your own risk
Any actions you take based on ALCHEMIST content or coaching are your own decision
Meraki Daydream is not liable for any outcomes, whether positive or negative

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Vansa/Meraki Daydream shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in ALCHEMIST
This includes but is not limited to: personal injury, emotional distress, financial loss, relationship issues, or any other harm
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel within the refund period and receive your money back

Assumption of Risk:
By enrolling in ALCHEMIST, you assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

Emotional discomfort during transformation work
Shifts in relationships as you change
Temporary challenges during implementation
Any outcomes from decisions you make based on program content


10. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Your Privacy:

Personal information collected during enrollment and participation will be kept confidential
Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing
Testimonials or success stories will only be shared with your explicit written permission

Confidentiality in Community:

What is shared in the ALCHEMIST community (Slack, etc.) should remain confidential
You agree not to share others' personal information or stories outside the community
Violation of confidentiality may result in removal from the program without refund

Your Confidentiality:

While Vansa will maintain confidentiality, please be aware that group settings (Slack) involve other members
Share only what you are comfortable with others knowing


11. COMMUNICATION & CONTACT
Primary Communication:

All official communication will be sent to the email address you provided at enrollment
You are responsible for keeping your email address current and checking email regularly
Important updates regarding the program, schedule changes, or policy updates will be sent via email

Support Requests:
For all inquiries (technical issues, billing questions, program support), email: vansa@merakidaydream.com
Response Times:

Email inquiries will receive a response within 48-72 business hours (M-F)
Slack support for VIP members: 24-48 hours (M-Th)


12. PROGRAM CHANGES & UPDATES
Meraki Daydream reserves the right to:

Update, modify, or improve program content at any time
Change delivery platforms or methods with advance notice
Update these Terms & Conditions (changes will be communicated via email)

Your Rights Regarding Changes:

You will be notified of significant changes to program structure or terms
Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of changes
If you do not agree to material changes, you may cancel within 30 days of notification (subject to existing refund policy)


13. FOUNDING MEMBER TERMS
Founding Member Pricing Lock:
If you enrolled as a founding member, your pricing is locked in FOR LIFE at:

Self-Paced: $1,497/year
3-Month VIP: $2,497
Annual VIP: $5,997/year

Price Lock Guarantee:

Your rate will never increase, regardless of future price changes
This applies to renewals and ongoing membership
Price lock is contingent on continuous active membership (no lapses longer than 90 days)
If you cancel and later want to re-enroll, you may rejoin at founding member pricing within 12 months of cancellation; after 12 months, current pricing applies

Founding Member Benefits:

First access to new programs (including MAGICIAN)
Priority consideration for beta programs or special offers
Recognition as a founding member of ALCHEMIST


14. GENERAL TERMS
Entire Agreement:
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Vansa/Meraki Daydream regarding your participation in ALCHEMIST.
Severability:
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the UK, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in ALCHEMIST will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the UK.
Waiver:
Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Assignment:
You may not transfer or assign your enrollment or access to another person. Meraki Daydream may assign or transfer these terms and the program to another entity.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing your purchase of any ALCHEMIST program, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full
You agree to be bound by these terms
You are 18+ years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
All information provided during enrollment is accurate

If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase.
